2014 VW Golf Highline, 1.4 Petrol, Automatic

We bought a Prius from Conrad recently and had a really good experience. As with any used car, there are always going to be a few small things that need sorting, and for me the real test is how a dealer handles them. Conrad was excellent. He followed up, collected the car when needed, fixed the minor issues when he said he would, and made sure we were happy afterwards. He also went well out of his way to get the car ready for us quickly, including arranging the NCT and working late so we could collect it as soon as possible. That kind of effort really stood out. We have had the car over a month now, and it has been great. It’s reassuring to deal with someone who genuinely stands behind what they sell. I’d happily buy from Conrad and Clear Lux Auto again.

Elvis is a gentleman—very patient and happy to give us all the information we needed to make the right decision.
