I went there on a Monday to require about my shocks. I got a day (wed) and price for them to done. I left my car in on the Wed at 10am & it was done by 1pm. Brilliant service, brilliant price. I would recommend 100% Thank you Stephen (owner)

I recently visited Hermitage Auto, hoping for a positive experience to check touran car but unfortunately, I left feeling deeply disappointed and disrespected. My encounter with one of their employees was marred by blatant racism and a complete lack of professionalism. The individual I interacted with not only lacked basic manners but also displayed shocking racism during our conversation. It was deeply unsettling and made me question the integrity of the entire establishment. To make matters worse, when I attempted to address the issue with another colleague, they attempted to downplay the severity of the situation and convince me of their professionalism. However, racism should never be tolerated or brushed aside. As a result of this distressing experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend Hermitage Auto to anyone. It's crucial for businesses to uphold principles of respect and inclusivity, and unfortunately, Hermitage Auto failed to meet even the most basic standards in this regard. I urge others to consider alternative options when seeking automotive services, as supporting businesses that condone such behavior only perpetuates a toxic cycle of discrimination. From the bottom of my heart, I implore Hermitage Auto to address this issue promptly and take meaningful steps towards fostering a more inclusive and respectful environment for all customers.

I called the man and asked him about his car and he said yes, come and see it and he lay down for three hours and when I arrived he spoke to me. I said he was disrespectful and had a bad temper. He said I am the owner of the store and I said we stopped today. Bring me back another day. For this reason I do not recommend treating anyone with me. This person is a racist person.
