I had a great experience with Auto Haven The team provided excellent customer service — they were quick to reply, even during closed hours, which really impressed me. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. They even offered free car delivery, which was super convenient. My 2018 SEAT Leon arrived in perfect condition, complete with 2 years NCT, which was a huge bonus. The car was in amazing shape and exactly as described. Bought a car off the lads, seen it needed discs and pads on the front when I was looking at it, car had recently passed the NCT with the discs and pads that were on it but the lads still took my word and replaced the them with decent branded parts and even delivered the car after the work was carried out. After a few days I noticed water in a front headlight and after a closer look noticed a tiny crack in the lens, informed the lads and I organised specialist lens replacement which the lads covered the cost of under warranty. I would highly recommend buying a car off Auto Haven they are about as fair as you will get.
