Recently bought a R line passat from Derek everything was simple, quick and easy. Had my car delivered down to me. Had a couple of issues with the car a bout a week in but Derek was straight on to Anto in the garage and got my car in as soon as I could bring it. I needed my car back before monday to go on my holidays and Anto and the lads in the garage went out of their way and worked over time and a saturday to get me back my car in time. Bought a stunning x5 from Nearys last year. Derek in sales was great to deal with he had a kit put on for me and a few extras sorted in a matter of days, overall the purchase was a very smooth process. A few weeks in we came across some aircon issues and a noise coming from the steering. After a bit of back and forth over several weeks and some over promising and under delivering I was given a contact for Anto who had just started in Warranty. From day one Anto was a pleasure to deal with, I was fairly annoyed by the time I got speaking to Anto however he handled the issues very quickly and professionally. He was always on the phone keeping me up to date on the progress and reassuring me that the car would be sorted. Unlike the person I was dealing with at first Anto did not over promise and under deliver. My car is now in perfect working order and after the professionalism displayed by Anto I would be confident in purchasing from Nearys again.
