2018 Mercedes-Benz CLS350D, 4 Matic AMG High Spec

I purchased a car from Auto Haven in June. First time doing this on my own. After initially speaking on the phone I drove to have a look. I was handed the keys and told to take all the time I needed. I did. I loved the car and paid a deposit the next morning. I collected it a week later when they had completed a few minor adjustments. A week later I had an unforeseen problem that required immediate fixing. On their instructions I drove the car to them. The problem was identified immediately a replacement part was ordered and collected and the repair completed in a few hours. I couldn’t recommend them enough the care and attention I was given was outstanding. Many thanks to Mike Gerry and Ally.

I bought my first car here a stunning red BMW 420D at a very good price, I couldn’t have asked for a better first time car buying experience, Mike was very welcoming and helpful throughout the whole process. I couldn’t recommend this place enough. They have great hospitality and have very competitive prices for the vehicles they sell.

I bought my car about 8 months ago and it’s been going great ever since. The whole process was smooth and straightforward, and the car was in excellent condition when I collected it. It has never given me any trouble and has been reliable from day one. I’m really happy with the purchase and will definitely be back again for my next car. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy.
