Bought an E class estate from jack in March, Really easy and enjoyable experience, arranged a viewing of the car.. literally gave me the keys to look over and take for a drive, no pressure, no tactics just straight talk and personable service. Had a slight warranty issue (common fault), rectified swiftly and arranged a loan car whilst I was without. No issues with the car, very clean and well looked after. This is why you deal with independant dealers like this and when I am in the market in the future I will be calling jack again.

Bought a beautiful renault megane off Jack and had a great experience. A small issue came up with the car where it required new brake pads which Jack resolved straight away.
