2019 BMW 4-SERIES.. AUTOMATIC.. WARRANTY INCLUDED

Bought a car from Holden motors, really delighted, and the service was excellent, Alex , Emma were great, and a guy, not sure if his name but showed me everything in the car, he was just brilliant, I cant recommend them enough, Il be back in a few years for my next car, I won't go anywhere else.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, NO EXAGGERATION!!!! A few bullet notes.. 1. Paid deposit 31st July got the jeep 22nd August ( continuously lied about delay) 2. Second day driving windscreen leaked replaced myself as their windscreen guy was on holidays… 3.No A/C gas replaced myself 300€ 4. Needed new wipers replaced myself 5. Taxed jeep for the year with arrears 660€ 6. JEEP BROKE DOWN 19 th September 23. Refused to pay me back full deposit and all other expenses as I didn’t want the jeep or to deal with them again.. had to go to court and they didn’t even show there either which was MAY 24. Go to a reputable dealer not this CIRCUS!!!

My husband purchased a car from Holden the first week of May and has yet to receive the vehicle registration certificate. Despite being in contact with Alex on numerous occasions in relation this issue there is still no update. On an earlier call we were assured the change of ownership was sent . Later to be told that they are waiting on it from the garage they bought it from I find it difficult to understand how a supposedly reputable garage can sell a car without being in possession of the log book. They are not acting quickly enough and only offering a purchase letter to justify the car not being taxed. This is completely and utterly unacceptable as the car should not be in the road without tax.
