2020 AUDI E-TRON - TECHNIK MODEL - 50 QUATTRO

Bought an Audi SQ5 from Rockfield about 10 months ago. Salesperson was great to deal with (Richard). Post purchase the car needed some warranty work done, and it was a little messy to get sorted, mainly due to Ainslie being on holiday. Once he returned, both himself & Richard got the car booked in, and small issues resolved. Great 2nd hand dealership, would certainly use again.

I would highly recommend Rockfield based on my recent experience. Gary was a pleasure to deal with; knowledgeable, professional and very efficient. He listened to what I wanted and gave me sound advice. I had been to a few other dealerships where I really felt I was being given the ‘hard sell’ and pushed beyond my budget right from the get go. I didn’t get that vibe at all from Gary. He talked me through a number of options and helped me choose a car that’s perfect for me. A very positive experience from start to finish; highly recommend.

I had done a review previously in relation to the purchase of a car on my sons behalf who was in Cork. The company have been in contact, acknowledged their errors at the time and have given an assurance that issues will be sorted. For this reason I do appreciate their apology and assurances given so am now acknowledging that their follow up service has been excellent.
