They send you a report with photos while the service is happening and you can choose what repairs to make. Skilled, friendly and honest.

Superb service from start to finish. Booking was an absolute breeze using their website and web app quick, simple, and hassle-free especially when it came to approving work that needed to be carried out. Work was carried out with real professionalism, and the price was far more competitive than what I’ve been quoted by BMW dealers. Honestly, I won’t be going back to the main dealer again. Extremely satisfied with the whole experience and already planning to book in another job soon. Highly recommended.

Professional service. Staff are efficient, helpful, accommodating, polite and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. Service completed today with a health check and pictures, very thorough examination of the car, genuine parts. It’s worth paying that bit more for a proper service. They gave me a Carwash, air freshener and a 6 pack of Keogh’s crisps as appreciation, much appreciated as I’m coeliac and they are expensive. Perfect for your Audi and BMW needs. Can’t forget the dogs, Mila and Bailey 🐕🐕 great supervisors.
