I recently had to have new brake pads and discs fitted. I had a very pleasant experience from start to finish. When I rang to make the appointment, the car was booked in within minutes. I was greeted really positively when I dropped it off. It was explained to me what had to be done and how long it would take. I then received a text to say the car was ready. Bought a second hand Kuga. From easy navigation through their website, identifying a couple of cars, telephone conversations, test drive, purchase, after sales service, I couldn't fault this garage. NCT was out and they sorted that for me at no extra cost. Shane was exceptional to deal with and made the entire process very easy. The garage went above and beyond for any after sales service and that isn't that common these days. Will definitely be purchasing here again. Paul
