2021 VW Golf 1.5 Petrol R Line, CarPlay, 18" Alloy

We had been looking for the right car for quite a while, and as soon as the BMW i4 we wanted became available, we got in touch straight away. From the very beginning, Ken was absolutely brilliant. He was professional, friendly and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. He took the time to talk me through everything, answered all of my questions (and there were quite a few!), and was always available whenever I needed anything. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. The car was actually a birthday present for me, which made the whole experience even more special. Everything was organised and completed on time, exactly as promised. They even surprised us with 2 bottles of Prosecco when we collected the car, which was such a lovely touch! 🥂 I’m genuinely so happy with my BMW i4 and with the whole experience. Mark Tynan was really good. Car was well presented, Mark is an utterly professional man, there was some problems with funds and he held the car for me for a week no problems at all.
