I recently had to have new brake pads and discs fitted. I had a very pleasant experience from start to finish. When I rang to make the appointment, the car was booked in within minutes. I was greeted really positively when I dropped it off. It was explained to me what had to be done and how long it would take. I then received a text to say the car was ready. Had our car in for a service, I found the whole experience top notch, Thomas the service manager was very helpful as were all the girls when we checked in?
