2022 Volkswagen Golf R-Line FINANCE ARRANGED

I had a great experience buying a car from directline motors. We actually bought our previous car from Ali as well, and that’s why we were happy to come back to him again. Ali is a genuinely great person and made the whole process easy and stress-free. His customer service is excellent , he is friendly, helpful, and always willing to answer any questions. He made sure everything was sorted properly and that we were happy with our purchase. Really happy with the service and the car. I would definitely recommend Directline to anyone looking for a car and would happily buy from him again in the future. Thank you, Ali, for another great experience!

I recently purchased a vehicle from here and had an outstanding experience, largely thanks to Ali, the owner. Buying a car can often be stressful, but Ali was transparent, professional, and incredibly accommodating from start to finish. He answered all my questions honestly and made sure the entire process was smooth and efficient. I never felt pressured, and it was clear he truly values customer satisfaction. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a reliable car and top-tier service. Thank you, Ali!"

Purchased a car from Direct Line Motors and got the best price on the market. I dealt with Mr. Ali, who was extremely helpful, friendly, and guided us through the various options available. Mr. Ali gave us an excellent deal on both our trade-in car and the new car. After purchasing, we noticed the air conditioning wasn't working. When we contacted them, they diagnosed the issue and replaced the compressor at no extra cost under warranty, which was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend Mr. Ali and Mr. Paul at Direct Line Motors for their excellent customer service, honesty, and after-sales support.
