2023 TOYOTA PRIUS 1.8 HYBRID (S109)

(Long winded post incoming) Where to even start, these guys are amazing! Cant praise them enough. Due to personal circumstance I required a car as a matter of urgency, initially I had viewed multiple cars by separate dealerships via Done Deal, seeing the cars on Done Deal; they looked great. However, when viewing the cars in person, they were not as advertised on Done Deal, hidden paint marks, damaged interior, mechanical issues etc. Luckily! I came across a BMW advertised by Quality Motors. Based on the Done Deal ad the car seemed to be in excellent condition, the paint work was immaculate, the interior was immaculate, the car came with 6 month warranty, brand new NCT, full service, full valet, AA approved mechanics. I had a look at all their reviews from their previous customers and needless to say all gleaming reviews, which I now understand as to why. I rang them about the BMW advertised and they politely informed me that another customer was currently viewing the car for a considerable about of time (at this point I was afraid someone had got to the car before me). Being eager I rang them back later that day to further enquire about the car to which they said was still available. Given my eagerness and fear of missing out on what appeared to be a solid motor, I bought it outright over the phone without viewing it (which is typically a silly mistake to make). When purchasing the car I had explained my urgency to them and asked when could I collect the car, they said it would take about a week total to VRT, NCT and do a full valet. To my surprise, QM rang me a few days later saying that the car was now VRTd and had passed the NCT and was ready to collect (amazing). The NCT advised that two new tires should be put on the front, which they did without consulting me (A1). Driving up to collect the new car I was anxious, hoping the car would be as advertised and relying on their customer reviews. When I arrived at the garage to collect, I saw the BMW, absolutely spotless! (Good sign, appears as advertised visually). Next, I was greeted by the QM team, all extremely friendly and welcoming. They gave me the keys to the car to inspect it. I could not fault the car, the exterior was spotless, no marks at all, exactly as advertised, I inspected the interior and there wasnt a mark on it, again spotless. Masaal asked me if I wanted to test drive it to be sure I was happy with it before we finalise the deal, even though I had already paid in full (at this point any dodgy dealership would have sent me on my way) which I think reflects their level of professionalism and honesty. We finalised the deal, with the team happy to answer any and all questions about the car, they actually couldnt be more obliging, everything was smooth and straight forward. I drove the car away and I actually could not be happier with it, mechanically the car is perfect, I cannot fault it at all, despite the car being immaculate, the mechanics are perfect, it drives like it’s brand new, and is what has impressed me most about the car. I got the car home and took it to a friend of mine who is a solid mechanic, and he said he cannot find fault with the car at all. I am delighted that I put such trust in Quality Motors, I got exactly what was advertised and could not be happier with the purchase, extremely reliable. Following my purchase QM have checked in with me to ensure that the car is running smoothly and there are no issue and reminded me that if there are issues to follow up with them on the same, they’ve really gone above and beyond, and they genuinely care to. I would have absolutely no problem in purchasing another car over the phone with them again and would have implicit trust with their team, extremely reliable. Bought a 2019 Honda Fit, Misaal, Kash and the team were very helpful in providing information about the vehicle. When picking up the vehicle it was valet'd and serviced very well, fresh tires were provided too and a new head unit. Process of payment was quick and easy too. Would highly recommend these guys!
