10/10, by far the best experience I've ever had with a car dealer (or any other small business for that matter). Graham's so knowledgeable, enthusiastic, communicative and helpful. Nothing's too much trouble and his customer service and attention to detail from initial enquiry, sourcing and prepping of the car, guidance on extras/upgrades, handling the sale itself, right through to after-sales care...all just perfect. Great sales experience. I sold my model 3 to Graham today. The whole experience was so easy and hassle free. A bit of over and back on WhatsApp. 1 phone call and 1 email and all sorted. Dropped it into him today and then maybe 15 minutes in the office chatting. Would highly recommend it to anyone looking to sell their used Tesla.
