We had a very positive experience when buying our Hyundai. The sales man John McDermott was excellent and very good humoured coping with my many changes of mind. He facilitated us in every way possible and I recommend him 100/% He talked us through the whole process of driving automatic as I had never driven automatic previously,his tip for left foot comes to mind every time I get in the car. We are very happy with our new Hyundai and hope it will last us for many years to come.

I appreciated them taking the time to answer my numerous questions and guide me towards the most suitable vehicle for my lifestyle. They were also very flexible in the car handover process, waiting until I hand the home charging situation sorted before pick up. In my experience dealerships like these that prioritise customer experience are quite rare here in Ireland. I believe it's equally important the dealer you purchase from as well as your car you chose to purchase. As a result I feel comfortable that should issues with the vehicle arise in the future that the team at Fitzpatrick's will do their best to assist in its resolution.
