Customer feedback normally comes in negative form, however as a manager myself i know the importance of recieving good feedback when it is deserved. A quick note to say how impressed i was with Shaun Hogan. He is an excellent sales person and deserves recogination for same. During out car purchase experience he was not pushy, but provided all necessary details on the car and ensured any concerns were addressed in order to close the sale.
