Audi A3 1.4 AUTOMATIC

I would highly recommend visiting Kylemore Cars. Their range of cars is unmatched. I recently bought this Audi A3 saloon from Donna. She was extremely professional and even provided guidance on making a car choice based on reliability from her experience (the other option was a BMW 1 Series). The showroom is very attractive and all the staff were very accommodating and seemed to be very honest. We traded in our previous car and this process was seamless. The car was registered for us and Donna provided great guidance on the process of insuring and taxing a newly imported car. The car itself is a pleasure to drive and has many add on specs which a non import would not have. They also will refund your NCT once passed (soon to come but I have zero doubts it will not pass). After having a negative experience with my previous dealer this is the reassurance I needed that there are trustworthy dealerships out there.

We were not actually planning to buy a car on the same day we went out to look for one. But when we visited Kylemore Cars, we were warmly welcomed even without a prior appointment. Zack accommodated us despite having a busy schedule and gave us plenty of time to look around, think things through, test drive the car, and really get a feel for it. As first-time buyers, that patience and guidance made a huge difference. He walked us through every step clearly and never made us feel rushed. The finance support was excellent and was completed within minutes, which made the whole process very smooth. They also refund the NCT cost once the car passes, which I’m confident it will, as the car is in great condition and an absolute joy to drive. We ended up getting a 2022 model at a great price, which at other places would easily have been a 2018 or 2019 model. Overall, a very positive experience and I’d definitely recommend Kylemore Cars, especially for first-time buyers.

Just one small suggestion for future deliveries: We experienced low tire pressure during our journey and had to fill the tires. To prevent this minor inconvenience for other customers, we kindly suggest conducting a full vehicle inspection, including a tire air pressure check, before delivery. Overall, the car is amazing, and we were very impressed by your professionalism.
