We missed out on one and we were left very dissapointed about it but Karl said if another one came in, in the weeks that followed that he would keep us in mind. A few weeks later Karl contacted us to let us know he had another Hyundai Tucson in stock that we might be interested in. Fair play to Karl, he stuck to his word and did what he said he was going to do. He sent videos and info about the car to us on Whatsapp which was very helpful. The day we could come to view the car, Karl wasn't there but he left us in the very capable hands of Kelvyn. Kelvyn was an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish, so friendly and approachable. He let us have a good look at the car, to make sure we were happy with it and answered any queries we had. We put down a deposit that day and we came back the following week to collect. Kelvyn made the process stress free, he knew we were coming a long way from Mayo to collect the car and was very flexible with us and couldn't be more helpful.
