Collected my 2021 BMW530e from Marcus today. Car beautifully prepared, ready for collection when i arrived and I was given a full demo on the car features. Marcus spent the time to take me through all the features of the car, including configuring the apple car-play to make sure the car was set-up for the trip home.. A pleasure to deal with Marcus and the car was exactly as described, if not better. A small touch, Marcus included spare batteries with the car fobs, .... I've never seen a dealer with this attention to detail before. This is the second car I have purchased from Marcus and I would highly recommend him and John Hayes Cars.
