She explained everything clearly, took the time to answer all of my questions, and made sure I fully understood the work that was carried out on my car as well as any future maintenance recommendations. The whole team was welcoming and professional, and I felt confident that my car was in great hands. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish, and I really appreciated the honesty and attention to detail. I would highly recommend Audi Naas to anyone looking for excellent service.
