She welcomed us in such a professional yet genuinely cheerful manner, which immediately made the whole experience feel smooth and pleasant. It’s always reassuring to be greeted by someone who is both efficient and warm! I have to admit that in the past, I didn’t always find the centre reception experience as welcoming, so this visit this time was a noticeable and very appreciated improvement. I recently had to have my Audi Etron battery setting updated. I first dealt with Matthew,then Kasey and on the day Jason The level of professionalism that experienced was exceptional. I was also supplied with a brand new A3 to use free of charge while my car was been updated.
