He was knowledgeable, honest, patient, and took the time to answer all my questions — even while on annual leave. The level of customer service was outstanding. I’m absolutely in love with the car, and the whole buying experience was smooth and efficient. It’s clear this garage takes pride in both their vehicles and their customer care. We bought a car from Brendan in Connolly's Sligo some months ago and were delighted with both our purchase and his professionalism on the day. Recently we ordered from our local Audi garage, some Rubber Mats for the A5, but after 5 weeks waiting without an update, we cancelled the order. One call was all it took to Brendan in Connolly's in Sligo to arrange delivery of the mats which arrived within a week. He also contacted us to confirm the mats had been received and all was ok. Excellent Customer Service and its a pleasure to deal with this Business.
