As a long-time loyal customer of Audi North Dublin, I am very disappointed with the recent level of service. I have been trying to book an appointment for a car repair and called multiple times, only to be constantly redirected to the front desk. Each time, I was told the booking advisor was “on the phone” and no one ever got back to me. This is not the level of professionalism I expect from a premium brand dealership. There seems to be a serious lack of communication and follow-through. It’s extremely frustrating to be treated this way after years of loyalty. Audi North Dublin – please address this issue. As a long-time loyal customer, I was very disappointed at that time. However, I gave Audi North Dublin another chance and I’m happy to say things turned around. I booked a diagnostic for my wife’s A3, which was carried out thoroughly with a full report and the fix clearly explained. The workshop appointment was then organised smoothly and everything went without issue. A big thank you to Laura for her professionalism and support — she made the whole process easy and stress-free. I can now confirm that Audi North Dublin really does look after their customers.
