My partner bought a 2008 Mazda Demio from Emerald Auto Sales the weekend gone and I have to say she (and I) couldn't be happier with it. The car is immaculate and the service was incredible. We travelled down from Kerry by train and Ray, rather than leave us to walk from the train station (about 30 mins or so), came and picked us up! That was a touch of exellent customer service! Ray wasn't pushy for the sale, gave us all the time we needed with the car before my partner made the decision to buy. It was the perfect experience imo. The paperwork part was a dream. While my partner was dealing with the sale he even gave me the key to one of the other cars he has, even knowing I had no intention of buying it. I just liked the car and wanted to have a nose around it. By the time I finished she was just signing the receipt. After the sale had completed we must have been another 10 or 15 minutes just chatting away with Ray about cars and Brazil (my partner is Brazilian) when he could have just done the whole "I've stuff to do, gotta go.." once the sale went through. If you're looking for quality used cars then I would highly recommend Emerald Auto Sales. I'll be back next year for an upgrade on my own car.

great service at emerald autos, new nct paid for by themselves and no problems with the car what so ever passed first time so helpful and not pushy with buying the car would highly recommend this sales man as it was a great experience thanks again guys!

Please be careful. Go to a more trustworthy dealership. I rarely ever leave reviews but honestly there's so many issues with this dealership that I just dont want others to go through the experience we had. Please go elsewhere for your own sakes
