Great experience . Emma and Triona looked after me very well and went through in detail what I should expect from my service. I was asked about possible add on's and if I wanted to go ahead with Moores to complete or do in my own time. I found this was a nice touch and i didn't feel pressured into paying for work I didn't need at that moment. This advice is great to get from a dealer site. I would throughly recommend a dealer service if not at each interval certainly more often than not. I also received a complimentary vacuum, wash and software upgrade for my 172 Mercedes. Conor was very helpful in sales also and took my details should a vehicle which suits my needs come into stock in future. Overall a great experience and professional team as you would expect from Mercedes Benz.

Recently got the car serviced, staff very helpful & professional, no surprises with final cost, car preforming way better than before we left it in, all the little electronic stuff sorted with updates along with major service, so all very good & really safe now for my wife to drive with confidence👍
