A special shoutout to Bart, my sales contact, who was incredibly knowledgeable and enthusiastic. He made the entire process smooth and enjoyable, always ready for a good car chat. Andy, the business manager, was also fantastic, making sure all the financial and administrative details were taken care of efficiently. I also had some great chats with Andy, which made the process even more enjoyable. The dealership itself is top-notch, with a welcoming atmosphere and excellent amenities. The complimentary drinks, snacks, and coffee were a nice touch that made the experience even more pleasant. I must also mention the wonderful chap at reception (whose name I unfortunately forgot) and Tommy, the sales manager, both of whom contributed to the overall positive experience. Excellent staff and facilities on site - always well looked after from the front of office team, to the service team and the sales team who are always there to tempt you with an upgrade. Was able to work in the showroom for the morning I was there whilst having a coffee whilst waiting for my car.
