2008 BMW E88 M Sport Convertible Selling my 2008 BMW E88 M Sport, which I’ve owned for the past four years. It has barely been used over the last year and is now sitting unused. Well equipped with: - Heated leather sports seats - Satellite navigation with iDrive - Electrically folding mirrors and auto-dimming mirror function - Passenger mirror that automatically tilts down when reversing - Electric soft top, working perfectly Work carried out includes: - Four brand-new tyres - New front brake discs and pads - New rear brake pads - Some suspension work - Replacement engine and catalytic converters fitted last year, with a new clutch fitted at the same time The car starts, runs and drives, and runs perfectly when cold. Once warmed up, it sometimes splutters for a few seconds. A lambda sensor and/or NOx sensor is suspected, but this has not been confirmed. It would benefit from some paintwork to bring it up to its best. There is currently no tax or NCT. It has only covered approximately 100 km since its last NCT, although it has not been retested, so a pass cannot be guaranteed. A well-equipped M Sport convertible with plenty of recent work, but it needs attention as described. Selling as it is, with the known issues clearly stated.
