BMW 1-Series 2012

Looking for a new home for my 1 Series. I’ve owned this car for the last 2.5 years and it has been an absolute joy to drive. It is a high-spec Japanese import, and I’m 99% sure the previous owner was a little old lady who only drove it to the shops and back. Before I bought it, it averaged just 10,000km a year, and the interior condition reflects that—it is genuinely immaculate. The Car: This is the F20 generation 116i, featuring the 1.6L TwinPower Turbo engine (N13). It combines that classic rear-wheel-drive BMW balance with great fuel economy. Because this is the Sport Trim (not just the basic SE), it comes with the factory upgraded Sports seats (with adjustable thigh support), high-gloss black interior trim, and the switchable "Drive Performance Control" (Eco Pro, Comfort, Sport, and Sport+ modes). Mechanical & Maintenance: The car runs beautifully—smooth, quiet, and responsive. I have kept on top of all maintenance, including a major service last year. Key work done: Brand new headlamp units fitted on both sides (crystal clear, no yellowing). New Ignition Coils & Spark Plugs (essential maintenance on this engine, so you won't have to worry about them). New Fuel Filters. NCT: Valid until April 2026. It has passed previous tests without fail on any major mechanical or bodywork issues (just a minor tyre tread rectification last time). Full Disclosure: Mechanically and internally, this car is a gem. Externally, there is some age-related paint degeneration on the front bumper/bonnet. I believe in being totally transparent, so I’ve taken close-up photos to show this clearly. It doesn't affect the drive, but I've priced the car to reflect this cosmetic imperfection.
