I had a very positive experience on my recent visit to Conlons BMW Newbridge Kildare. The staff were very efficient friendly and professional and the service was excellent. I dropped of my car in the morning and my replacement car was ready, when I called to collect my car later that evening it was ready and waiting on the forecourt and I had no delays whatsoever. Super efficient service from the service team at Conlons. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone who requires service work on their BMW car. Thanks guys.

David and Katie were extremely helpful with the sales and customer experience! David understood the requirements very well and matched it with the competition. Additionally he was also very transparent with the addons. All in all a good customer experience. The reception is also pretty soft spoken and very courteous. Rare to find such experience in Dublin City.

Although there was a minor hiccup in communication at the beginning, the team quickly took charge and resolved it with professionalism and care. My car was serviced exactly as promised, completed within the expected timeframe, and returned in great condition. I want to give a special shout-out to James and Michelle from the service department, their warm and attentive approach really made the whole experience feel seamless and stress-free.
