Nicole, Deane and Zubé were very professional, patient, thorough and skilled at assisting me to make the best choice for me. The made it their business to get to know me and my requirements. As a Director of Sales myself with a premium brand the standard I’d expect would be high and they certainly did not disappoint. They were in no way pushy or “salesy” and I always felt they were giving me honest advice as opposed to closing the deal. As I was moving to a fully electric car there was quite a bit of explaining for the team to do and the choice was complex enough with so many options on offer. The team made it all as simple and clear as possible for me responding to every request in a professional manner. They are extremely responsive on communication and very friendly throughout. It’s clear that the showroom is extremely busy but once you have an appointment you won’t feel rushed. The customer gifting on handover is a lovely touch. This is a very well run business and the staff deserve high praise for their customer service skills. I’d highly recommend Frank Keane if you are in the market for a new car and want a seamless stress free pleasant experience.
