He was quick to arrange a viewing, knew the cars thoroughly, and answered all of our questions promptly. His communication was excellent throughout, especially when trading in my existing car and getting my new one ready so quickly. You can tell Vector Motors is busy, and for good reason. I've bought a few cars in my time, and there's usually a moment mid-negotiation where you start wondering if you're being upsold a haunted vehicle. None of that here. Larry walked me through every detail of the Tesla Model 3 with genuine patience, no rushed sales pitch, no vague hand-waving over the bits I asked too many questions about. The car itself arrived in practically brand-new condition with four premium EV graded Hankook tyres, which for a used purchase felt like finding extra fish at the bottom of the chips. The paperwork, usually the part where your soul leaves your body, was smooth enough that I barely noticed it happening. They gave me a clear delivery date and stuck to it. On the day itself, they walked me through the car again and asked if I was completely happy before I drove off. I don't know what universe most dealers operate in, but in my experience that kind of check-in usually doesn't exist once the money's changed hands. This actually felt like they cared whether I left satisfied, not just whether I left. A small hiccup came up afterwards with the charging port. I reached out fully prepared for the usual back-and-forth of forms and excuses. Instead, Kevin and Olivia in customer service sorted it out without a question, told me to get it fixed, and reimbursed me promptly. No interrogation, no drama, all my carefully rehearsed prep drowned instantly, but in the best possible way. This isn't my first car purchase, but it's the first one that didn't feel dodgy or stressful at some point along the way.
