I do feel honest reviews are very important, i always read reviews before i make any purchases. Not having the benefit of word of mouth as I'm not from the area I was already happy to see such great customer feedback from previous customer's so it is my pleasure now to share my excellent experience with Mcguigan Motors. I have to say, from my first point of contact with DSJ mcguigan motors to receiving my new car everything has been 10 stars . I spotted said car online ; rang and asked detailed questions, all answered with ease and honesty by Dermot. This gave me the confidence to make the journey , travel up from wexford to take her out for a test drive and have a chat. I have to say Dermot is probably the most genuine, honest, professional and decent dealer I have ever come across. He has been a pleasure to deal with throughout this whole process. There was zero mansplaining which was refreshing and reassuring. You can see from Dermot the pride he takes in running such a reputable dealership. I was so happy with everythjng our deal was done and payments arranged on the day. Throughout the whole process of VRT, NCT , extended warranty there was constant communication and updates. The customer service from Dermot and Sinead is seriously top class, nothing was too much bother they have gone above and beyond for me. We arranged a handover ; he graciously accommodated a pick up date and place that suited me. I have, since returning to wexford with my new car been singing his praises to everyone who will listen.
