BMW 6 Series 640d M Sport Gran Coupe

I recently purchased an approved BMW 330e M Sport from Colm Quinn Athlone, and the experience was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Rob from the sales team was a pleasure to deal with — friendly, professional, and made the whole process seamless. Nessa in finance was also incredibly helpful, making all the paperwork quick and stress-free. A special shout-out to Derek, who managed to squeeze in a last-minute wheel tracking despite a busy schedule — truly going above and beyond. The trade-in offer for my previous car (a March) was very fair, and overall, the whole experience was smooth and enjoyable. An exceptional dealership. I had the pleasure, and good fortune to buy my third new vehicle from Colm Quinn Drogheda this year, having purchased the previous ones in the Athlone branch before Drogheda was up and running. I decided to consider changing initially back in January and started a soft conversation with Robert McCarthy in Drogheda. Robert was a gentleman from that point onward and after much back and forth (as I like a deal) and finally a discussion with Robert and Henry, we came to what I viewed as a fair deal for all, car ordered and delivery has since been taken. Robert is an exceptional salesman, however, not because he is pushy or overly persistent in a way that would annoy you, rather his pleasant enthusiasm to do a deal and keep your business, and because he listened to what he was being told, I'd buy from him again. Aside from this, I've had 3 new vehicles, all of which seem to have some issues (relatively minor), however, going back to CQ was not a hassle as Gavin in particular listens and understands what the issue is and takes every necessary step to get it rectified at the soonest possible time. I don't take that for granted as a customer and the nice folk in Colm Quinn neither design or build the cars, if there is an issue, it's not actually their fault, but how they respond is within their gift, and it is above reproach in my opinion. During my last visit to the dealership, Eamonn Mullen, Head of Business went out of his way to say hello, noting he was new to the business and wishing me many happy miles ahead, a nice touch. Finally, I also had the pleasure of meeting Colm himself, a true gentleman and a stellar entrepreneur, wishing Colm and the wider team many years of success.
