Absolutely Delighted with My Purchase! I recently bought a used BMW X3 from Tom Hand Cars and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. Wanted to leave a review for Tom because our experience buying a car from him was very positive. We purchased a very nice 1 owner Mazda CX-5 from Tom back in March of this year and are very pleased with both the car and the customer service we received. I viewed the car after taking the drive from Cork to Clonee and Tom was very obliging in allowing me to do a thorough inspection and test drive. He also had done a car history check which he sent me and got the previous service records for the car when I requested them. My wife and I took the train from Cork to Dublin to pick the car up and Tom arranged to pick us up from Heuston station and take us back to his premises so that we could drive the car back to Cork from there. Dealing with Tom was very straightforward and we are very pleased with the car over 3 months on. The car came with a full service by a local independent mechanic and a 3 month warranty and we had zero issues with the car during the warranty period. I would have no issue in recommending Tom for a used car purchase.
