BMW G20 320d X-DRIVE M SPORT

From start to finish, outstanding experience. Brought my 520d to the lads to get a full service. They dropped me off to Wheelocks, so I could work as I waited. I received a comprehensive video of my car showing tyre, gearbox, suspension and underbody condition. Delighted to have that peace of mind. I'll absolutely be back again for my next service.

First impressions are impt to me,,,when I arrived for first time I drove into a immaculate yard,,,everything in its place,,,cars,,,all models and ages of bmw,s. ,we're parked with military precision ,,,it didnt stop there,,,shane met me with a greeting and handshake and immediately asked me pop the bonnet,,,gave me full attention as I rambled on about my 530d problems, he replied with knowledge and a solution,,,I like when a guy talks about the solution not the problem. ,I left there with confidence that my car was with the right people,,,I was kept updated daily in the form of a w,app video of work been carried out,,,3 days later I returned and was informed all wotk carried out in detail,,shane ,Trevor and crew are a breath of fresh air,,,im returning soon for gearbox service,,,excellent service with curtiosy ,,,Andy kehoe ,rosslare
