Everyone I came into contact with at the dealership, from the building maintenance lady to the service reception staff, could not have been more helpful, polite or professional. The video produced in the workshop for works needed was a particularly nice touch. All in all, a first rate customer experience.

From start to finish, Dominik was absolutely exceptional to deal with. He answered every question clearly, followed up on every detail, and went out of his way to reassure us by arranging battery checks, tyre/pad measurements, warranty history, videos - everything we needed to make an informed decision. His communication was fast, professional, and genuinely helpful. Nothing was a problem, and he never once made us feel rushed or pressured. It’s rare these days to come across someone who takes this much pride in their work. Bolands should be more than proud to have Dominik on their team - he’s a credit to the dealership and a huge part of why we wouldn’t hesitate buying a car with them in the future.
