I would just like to say I had a great experience at Conlans bmw today , it was my first interaction with ye and it was wonderful. Great job on the diagnostic I was worried it was something big but thankfully you guys figured out what was going on. I am also highly appreciative of the temporary fix you guys did the noise is gone for now and my family and I are so relieved also Jesse told me that you guys were able to fix the part that was hitting the hot plate , many thanks for that and Many thanks to Jesse too for explaining everything to me and staying patient throughout my questioning Have a good day all! Fantastic service. My car was called back by BMW. Conlans Garage not just rectified the issue, they gave me a complimentary set of window blades and even gave my car a clean. Very efficient and professional service. Highly recommend.
