From start to finish, they proved to be genuinely professional, patient, and completely fair play. ​They went above and beyond to help me out: they picked up my car and made special arrangements to leave it in a secure spot so I could collect it outside their regular opening hours. At no point did they rush me, and every interaction was polite, transparent, and hassle-free. ​It is rare to see this level of customer care and flexibility. A massive thank you to the whole service team – I highly recommend them to anyone!

Been through different garages, but since Ive been with them my car car has been feeling & running like new 💯👍😎💪. Booking a service is always easy with Michelle & Alison. Very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Checking in online prior to the appointment date was very convenient. And on the service date, Norma their secretary, pleasantly welcomed me, offered coffee and ushered me to the service desk. Jesse on welcoming me, was very professional and knowledgeable. Already have my car details and all services due for my car and offered options. (this uncanny ability, i should call him "mystic Jesse"). From start to finish...💯👍💪😎. I had an exceptional experience with the team. The general car service was carried out to a very high standard, and the car was returned absolutely spotless. I also had an issue with one of my parking sensors, which was diagnosed and sorted quickly and efficiently. The customer service was excellent throughout. They even offered me a lift home in the morning when I dropped the car off for its service, which was a great touch. Overall, I’m extremely happy with the service and would definitely recommend them. Professional, efficient and genuinely customer-focused.
