From the first phone call I made about a bmw 1 series I could tell Shane was a gentleman. We came to view the car on the Saturday as agreed and it was exactly as Shane described, we brought it on a test drive and it was perfect. I purchased my car from Byrne Motors and honestly the service was amazing from the first initial phone call answering all my questions and even months after I had already purchased my car. The person on the phone was very friendly and approachable (I think his name was Shane or Sean I couldn’t really hear well because of the signal) and Breffni was great help and took me through the whole process and was very insightful and knowledgeable. Communication was very clear and the process was efficient. The car was in great condition and perfect when it got delivered to me. It was serviced and detailed before delivered.
