Highly recommended it. Went to the service department to deal with a fault, and they were able to setup an appointment on the same day. Got everything sorted in no time and was surprised when they sent a video review of state of the car, top up fluids, and did a general check which I appreciated as they didn't have to. Yes, is a dealer so some services may cost a little more than an independent garage, but you get what you pay for.

Andy, the business manager, was also fantastic, making sure all the financial and administrative details were taken care of efficiently. I also had some great chats with Andy, which made the process even more enjoyable. The dealership itself is top-notch, with a welcoming atmosphere and excellent amenities. The complimentary drinks, snacks, and coffee were a nice touch that made the experience even more pleasant. I must also mention the wonderful chap at reception (whose name I unfortunately forgot) and Tommy, the sales manager, both of whom contributed to the overall positive experience. Overall, J Donohoe BMW is a great dealership with a fantastic team. If you're in the market for a new BMW, especially a customized model, I highly recommend paying them a visit.
