I had a great first experience at J. Donohoe for my recent service appointment, pleasant to deal with on the phone. Upon leaving the car in for the work to be carried out was offered refreshments while completing paperwork. Received my inspection video within a few hours and once service work was completed recieved notification it was ready for collection. Very happy with the dealer service and work carried out.

I also had some great chats with Andy, which made the process even more enjoyable. The dealership itself is top-notch, with a welcoming atmosphere and excellent amenities. The complimentary drinks, snacks, and coffee were a nice touch that made the experience even more pleasant. I must also mention the wonderful chap at reception (whose name I unfortunately forgot) and Tommy, the sales manager, both of whom contributed to the overall positive experience. Overall, J Donohoe BMW is a great dealership with a fantastic team. If you're in the market for a new BMW, especially a customized model, I highly recommend paying them a visit. Excellent staff at a professional regional dealer. I got quotes from all over Ireland but two regional dealers gave me better response and service whilst being down to Earth. This was the card first device and again handled very professionally and they had a very pleasant driver drop me off and collected me why it was ready, Remember big is not always best, I highly recommend coming to Enniscorthy.
