Nothing was too much trouble for her, and she went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. The reception staff were so helpful, mannerly and courteous on any interactions we had with them. We would also like to mention Lisa, who took the time to go through all of the financial details with us clearly and patiently. She made everything easy to understand and ensured we were comfortable with every step. Thanks as well to Daniel, who kindly took the car up to Donegal for us the next day.
