I had a great experience purchasing my BYD Surf. The car is fantastic—comfortable, stylish, and a pleasure to drive. A special thank you to Jess for the outstanding customer service. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. I recently bought a lovely Byd Seal u DM - I car from BYD West Dublin. I met with Jess who was friendly and excellent at her job. Great Communication too which made the process even more enjoyable. Special thanks also to Matt who helped make the trade in so straight forward. Also thank you to other staff like Jessica and Sephora too. Great experience with Byd and highly recommend. Delighted with my new car so far.

I recently bought a BYD Sealion 7, and the whole experience was excellent. Jess was incredibly helpful, supportive, and worked really hard to make the deal happen. She even went the extra mile to arrange the car delivery within just 2 days on my special request, which I really appreciated. I’m extremely happy with the service I received and would definitely recommend Jess to my friends and family. Thanks again, Jess, for all your help! 😊
