Just collected my new BYD Sealion 7 Excellence. What a car!!! Comfort, power and refinement all rolled into one beautiful package. Service from Erti and Joe was fantastic. Both of the guys were very friendly, kept me informed at every stage of the process while I was waiting for car to arrive and gave me a thorough handover explaining everything about car. I rang byd Waterford to find out info on seal. I spoke to salesman Dylan and asked was he able to answer my queries. And boy was he well able. I am not young and he explained in layman’s terms. I call to showroom and he explained the high tech and made it simple. Went for test drive and very impressed. I now have started process of installing charger and made a deal for new seal.
