⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently bought a BYD Sealion 7 from Joe and the team at BYD Waterford, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the customer service has been outstanding. The whole setup made the process smooth and enjoyable, and the follow-up service has been second to none. The car itself is out of this world – incredible range, amazing to drive, and easily one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. On top of that, the aftercare package is unbelievable: customer service calls to check in, free servicing for a few years, free tyres, brakes, and even window wipers. Joe and the team have really gone above and beyond, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. Thanks to everyone at BYD Waterford for making this such a great experience.

I have just taken delivery of my BYD Sealion 7 from BYD Waterford. The customer experience was very good. We are delighted with the car and BYD had the car ready on the day I requested. The sales rep was keen to spend as much time as I required reviewing the features on the car and setting up the BYD app on my phone.
