I had a great experience with BYD West Dublin. I ordered my BYD Seal U DM-i in late November, and it was ready for collection by the first week of JanuarY. I dealt with James and Andy throughout the process, and they were brilliant—always there to help with any questions or queries I had. When I picked the car up, it was such an easy and smooth process from start to finish. I absolutely love the car. The driving experience is incredible, smooth, and love all the high tech features. Being the happy owner of a BYD Seal for the last 2 years,it was now time for my partner to delve into the EV world! We chose a BYD dolphin surf and we couldn’t fault the service provided by Andy. We visited the showroom twice and Andy was very informative on the cars features and spec. We changed the colour of the car after a week which was a hassle free experience. The handover was very efficient and Andy answered any questions we had without hesitation. Very happy with the car so far and a little issue we had with the app connectivity was addressed by Andy in a timely manner and all working fine now.
