Utterly fantastic. Made especially so by Alan Bleakley. Met him as I nervously came to Citroen South Dublin ,not having a clue,looking for a dream car for a very special reason . Had really got no idea, except up high! Genius . Alan, a pure gentleman, showed me around,taking endless time and patience,treating me so well,that I felt comfortable asking any questions , made me feel like I knew him well ,like a good friend and there was nothing I could not ask about, test ,gave me confidence, to allow me time to think,the whole process was gentle,easy and enjoyable. I bought a beautiful Citroen C3 Max, monte carlo Blue,black roof,which caused me to freak initially,in bother ville, but Alan assured and reassured me I could have what I wanted, lots of options with no hard sell at any time Alan is an exceptionally decent man as are the colleagues I met there or on the phone when I got lost a number of time,only when bothered ,endless patience,and kindness that I am truly grateful for and appreciated In essence, I would highy recommend Citroen South Dublin,for a visit, to buy a car, especially for women who find buying a new or secondhand car ,daunting due to previous unpleasant experiences. That won't happen here.. Alan Bleakley, I can't thank you enough for all you have done , I love my C3 Aircross Max! Thanks to you, this happened, May life be as great to you as you are. I can’t recommend Citroën South Dublin highly enough. After being completely dismissed by a few other dealers who didn’t seem interested in helping with my warranty work, Citroën South Dublin came to the rescue. They were immediately willing to book me in, and the whole process was seamless from start to finish. Maggie at the service desk was fantastic, friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. She even organised a loaner car for the day, which was a huge help as I’m based in Wicklow and had college to attend. I’ve since rebooked my car again with them for a separate warranty issue, and once again, the booking experience was excellent with great flexibility around dates. Highly recommend this dealer if you want proper customer service and a team that genuinely cares.

Had a great experience purchasing a car from Alan and Aidan. I found them to both be really decent guys. They were helping when I was browsing & test driving. Even when I was getting a trade in offer from them for my old car, they were very professional and respectful. Although the offer for my own car wasn't what I was looking for, Alan was really nice and gave me advice on how to get more out of it. Aidan worked with me to get payment across quickly as I had a trip planned for the next day so I was very eager to get the new car. Would definitely recommend, they have a lot of lovely cars.
