Great experience, to the point and smooth, from initiating to handover. Special thanks to Grazina, who dealt with us the whole way through, and guided us through the process with ease, so the experience was so enjoyable. She is well versed, great to deal with and easy going! Also, we had the car handed over to us within days from starting the process.

I got my Cupra Formentor Hybrid in McCoy Cupra several months ago. They have been very professional and the whole process was quick and smooth. Peter in sales is a great and patient lad. A few days ago, the first service was due. Louis in the service department was a pleasure to deal with, he's been really helpful, well-mannered and he's always answered all my questions in a professional manner. The car itself is great. It's a pleasure to drive, very economical (even in winter), and looks and feels stunning.
