Dacia Duster HEV 140 Journey

I recently purchased a second hand Dacia Duster from O'Briens & based on my experience I would certainly recommend them to everyone. From the moment my online query was picked up I received the best service from Aoife the digital sales assistant who answered the majority of my queries, arranged for visit to the office & arranged for Ben in sales to follow up with me. Ben was very, very patient & kept me up to date throughout the whole process. Before the sale was completed the car was fully serviced by the service team, any marks/scuffs were rectified by the team in the workshop & finally it was fully valeted. I can honestly say that I have never had such a professional service on any of my previous car purchases & would have no problem recommending them to all my family & friends. Thank You PS. The car got the full "pet scan" & they approve of their new chariot!!

Service Reception personnel were concerned and professional in their efforts to establish the nature of my car maintenance requirement. After an assessment by a technician a plan was quickly put in place and a courtesy car was supplied while mine was worked on. I felt supported and confident with the service provided.

Really professional service and support from John Reynolds when we bought our car last year so decided to travel back to Mullingar for its first service. Again delighted to meet Maria and Jason in the service reception who couldn’t have been more professional, informative and friendly. From my first phone call to arrange the service until I collected the car their customer service couldn’t have been improved on. Well worth the journey from Cork!
